I Love You, Mom
Reading/Writing At some point before Mother's Day share together, I Love You All Day Long by Francesca Rusackas (HarperCollins, 2002). Fold pieces of paper in half and staple several sheets together for children to make books for their Moms about loving them all day long, through good and bad.
Celebrate With Silhouettes
Students help create keepsake silhouettes, frame them, or use them to make a special Mother's Day card.
Mother's Day Cards – Seeds of Love
Using construction paper, markers, crayons, stickers, etc., and a seed packet each student will create a unique Mother's Day card.
